User accounts

The Car Advertiser provides the functionality for website visitors to create their own free user accounts to create online vehicle adverts. This service is available for private or trade sellers. Advertised vehicles, genuinity of their condition, details and corresponding photos are the responsibility of the account holder. The Car Advertiser is not involved in the purchase process of any vehicles advertised, neither it holds responsibility for misadvertisement, photo copyright infringement or related disputes, but maintains the right to suspend any user accounts or remove any vehicle adverts temporarily or permanently without any prior notice if breach of agreement, fraud or offensive content is suspected without being liable for any loss occuring of missold vehicles or for any other reason. No refund is given in such events for any removed adverts by the website provider.

Vehicle adverts

Registered user account holders (private and trade sellers) agree to place genuine adverts only without the intention to mislead or offend website audience and/or cause damage or loss to customers by the best of their knowledge. Misuse of service may results in removed adverts or disabled user accounts for an unlimited time, for which no compansation can be claimed if resulting in financial loss or otherwise. The Car Advertiser may limit the number of adverts per user account. Vehicle data contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government License v3.0. Photographic content uploaded by the account holder must be genuinely representing the current condition of the vehicle. During upload the images may be cropped or altered resulting in loss of details and/or resolution to optimize website performance. The number of photos are limited per advert. While the service providers of The Car Advertiser work to provide a high availability, they cannot guarantee 100% uptime, due to planned periodical site maintenance or any unforeseen reason (e.g. hosting provider downtime), therefore cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occured during downtime of services.

Online transactions

The Car Advertiser offers a paid online advertising service by a fixed daily rate for the duration of the adverts. This service is available for registered users only. User account holders wishing to purchase this service may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, address and payment information. Online payments are handled by a third-party payment provider and sensitive payment information are not received by The Car Advertiser.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Plexos Ltd. The Car Advertiser and its operators has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Plexos Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
